40 years of KISS

I have been a KISS fan since 1976.My cousin had a few albums and he let me listen to them. So,I listen to them, the first being ROCK AND ROLL OVER and I was insantly hooked. He told me I could keep all the albums he let me borrow because he did not care to have them anymore. What a fool he was.I have seen KISS in concert 8 times and my wife and I will be going on the KISS KRUIZE 3 in October.I am a great fan of them and I am even a proud member of the KISS ARMY.I truly love these guys past and present.Rock on KISS!!!!!

40 Years And Counting

Growing up, I was enamored by the whole KISS phenomenon. I bought the music, the magazines, the posters, the pictures, etc. Anything KISS related at the stores one day was mine the next. I had a whole wall of my bedroom covered in the posters and pictures, and played the music constantly. I still play a lot of it today, and I was even able to get one of my nieces hooked on it with the box set of the live performances. The first live album/CD is still my favorite and still gets played a lot, especially on the days when I know I'm going to have to grind it out and get it done. Thank you so much for all the great music over the years, along with the inspiration behind it, and best of luck to all of you in the future!

Magic!

Man can I remember the smell of the freshly opened copy of Kiss Alive. Not sure if it was the ink on the paper or the anticipation of what I was going to be subjected to. And that cold October evening back in 1982 when the first blast of Creatures of the Night filled my small room....WOW!!!! Oh and the walk to the book store to try and find a copy of 16 or Circus magazine....no internet back then of course so any and all info/pictures you would get was on a month to month basis. Given that and the whole anonymity of their faces and personal lives made it all that much more special. Thanks Kiss for making my childhood and adult life so memorable.

KISS

I WAS 1 YEAR OLD WHEN THEIR FIRST ALBUM CAME OUT..NOT AWARE OF THEM UNTIL I WAS 5 BUT I WAS SCARED OF THEM,NOT KNOWING WHO THEY WERE AND WHAT THEY WERE ALL ABOUT.MY OLDER BROTHER HAD TWO RECORDS FROM THEM AND I LISTENED TO THEM AND EVER SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN A FAN.I AM NOW 42 YEARS OLD AND THEY STILL MAKE ME FEEL GOOD AND IT AMAZES ME THAT THEY ARE STILL GOING STRONG AFTER 40 YEARS.THEY WERE THE SOUNDTRACK TO MY LIFE.WHEN I WAS ONE OF THOSE KIDS NO ONE WANTED TO PLAY WITH OR NO GIRL WANTED TO DATE AND FEELING ALL ALONE ,IT WAS THESE GUYS THAT MADE ME FEEL GOOD AND THEIT MUSIC WAS JUST FUN AND GREAT TO SING ALONG WITH.GOD BLESS 40 YEARS OF KISSTORY AND HOPE THEY CAN PUSH OUT ANOTHER 10 YEARS

Thank you

KISS changed my life forever, in the most positive way imaginable. Special thanks goes to Eric Carr and Eric Singer. They both made me want to play drums and thanks to it, I had so much fun and enjoyed life. Of course, I still play and I am still having fun, because I love this life. Thank you Kiss, congratulations from the bottom of my heart. Can´t wait to see you in Prague. Dave

1978 Denver Colorado

KISS was the first and most memorable concert I went to. It was at McNichols Arena in Denver Colorado (it doesn't exist anymore) in 1978 (I was 8 years old). It was by far the best show I have ever seen. I went with my cousins who introduced me to KISS. I am happy to see KISS is still out there and new generations get to see the shows that I remember. Tye

40 Years of KISS

Kiss on Brazillian TV in 1983...amazing thousands of people at Pacaembu Stadium. The Great Eric Carr on drums, Vinnie Vicent came as replacing act for Ace Frehley. It was the major rock event on whole Brazillian music scene ever.. Rock in Rio will come two years after the Kiss Gig at Sao Paulo in 1985. Kiss become first..the rest is history..
