40 years!

Thank you for these 40 years, although I have lived only the last 17, you guys were always there in good times, congratulations to you cause KISS have changed my life forever, I have to say kiss will always be the best, you guys are fantastic ... I've been in Rio de Janeiros KISS Concert, and waited to stand face to face with you, and when the concert started ... I started to cry and could not stop When Paul looked at me and made a face that "Dont cry!" Was at this time that I cried more and more... One month later, at home watching some KISS videos on youtube, I watched the So Paulos KISS concert, where many of my friends were and I could not attend, I could only attend in Rio... Finally, just watch the video and I started to cry again, I'm so addicted to you guys, what can I do?! I'm listening to the new album day and night, whenever I can, cause without doubt Monster is addictive. I have a tattoo of KISS logo on my left wrist, which appeared on the big screen at Rios concert (!) And intend to do more tattoos in tribute to KISS! You guys will always be in our hearts and our minds, as the hottest band in the world. I would like to show to you and to the KISS Army some of my collection of KISS CDs and vinyl records, cause the entire collection would not fit in a single photo! As I'm also addicted to Monster increasingly addicted to KISSology mainly in KISSology vol 2, and expecting a KISSology vol 4! Kisses and once again thank you... and come back to Brazil! :* https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/217413_118826018295064_1385887606_n.jpg ^.^

advice

Been a KISS fan, and KISS Army member since early childhood...I'm 40 now so LONG time. I've seen every concert that's been within driving distance to where I've lived, and a few that were way beyond normal driving range. The show that KISS puts on is amazing, and I find myself always comparing EVERY concert I attend to a KISS show. Needless to say, none have ever compared. I, myself, play in a band. I have for years, and you'd think someone like me would know the answer to this question, but sadly I don't. I need help, and the only ones I know can answer this is...well, the masters of the stage...KISS. As frontman for my band, it's my responsibility to do most of the talking with the audience, fill in time between songs, etc... When we play in front of a large crowd, and the crowd is really into the music, I also get really into it and have NO problem keeping up the necessary chatter and such. On the opposite end of the spectrum...when we play a club or venue that doesn't have a big crowd and/or they are indifferent to what the band says or does... then I seem to fail. If they're not into the show/band...then my stage presence declines fast. SO, any advice the guys may have to help me stay active and pumped when the "crowd goes mild" would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You, KISS for ALL that you've given us fans!!

40 years

As an impressionable boy in 1976 I ran across "Rock And Roll Over" in a Sears record bin. I asked my Aunt Sue, "Who are these guys" her reply was "KISS, you wouldn't like them. Later that year I received "Dressed To Kill" for Christmas and was hooked!! As fate would have it, the same Aunt Sue took me to my first KISS show, Creatures of the Night tour at the legendary Cobo Hall in Detroit. I have been to 35 total KISS shows,& the first KISS KRUISE. I couldn't imagine my life without KISS! KISS was also my kids first concerts!! Here's to another 40 years!! Congrats!!
