Shared passion

My dearest Kiss, I've been your big fan since I was 6 years old and I have passed the passion to my godson Leevi who is now 7 years old. Here is a pic of Leevi wearing the Gene costume. He is a big fan of Gene (he has practiced his Gene walk style!) and I'm in love with Paul, so no arguments there. We wait to see you in Finland soon and then we could rock together!! Love you guys, Mary Stanley

Bayfest 2011

Dear KISS: I'm a recently established fan living in the Toronto, ON area who attended your show in Sarnia, ON back on July 6 - licensed VIP FTW (you can actually make me out on that group shot your photographer took). I have to say that like the brochure, there is nothing else quite like watching a KISS show - it's something that would be called a "spectacle" back in the ancient world! I'm quite impressed by the energy possessed by your band, never slowing down for a moment. I was most appreciative of this because, being a photo nut, being stuck in one place all concert usually sucks because you only have a certain number of angles you can work with. In the end, I didn't have to worry, as you guys worked every inch of that stage, especially that front platform. I will always thank the lucky stars that I got PHENOMENAL shots from the show, such as the one of Gene breathing fire that I attached to this letter. While I was disappointed that "I was made for lovin you baby" wasn't played, everything else was top notch. Besides there is always next time! Cheers, Paul

Make my dreams come true.

Hello KISS! You are my favorite band and I just wanted to let you know that Serbia adores you, and even if our president isn't as cool as he should be, we would like you to come to Serbia al least once, 'cause that would make our dreams come true. I know you have many letters like this, but I hope you will fullfill my wish, because that would make me the happiest girl alive! Thank you forward, Ana! <3

Come back to Houston, Texas, please...

Hey Guys, By now you guys have probably heard every appeal there is, but mine is just humbly please come back to Houston, Tx. soon. I will drive anywhere in Texas to see you guys. I saw ya'll at the Houston Rodeo on March 15, 2011. You guys left me feeling like a young man again. I first saw you guys in Austin, Tx. on January 26, 1985- the Animalized tour. Ya'll made a 15 yr. old kid very happy. It was my first concert. KISS and Queensryche blew me away that day. I have been a fan for over 36 years. I am now 42 and still feel excited over being a member of the KISS Army. Regardless if you guys make it to Houston soon or not, just know that I will always be grateful to you for the music and the joy you have brought me over the years. I still have the '85 concert shirt and my wife wore it to the show at the rodeo. I have a picture of me in KISS makeup at 7 yrs. old, but I have to locate it. Will scan and send it later. Thank you for humoring an old fan and keep up the excellent and life-changing work. Keep Rockin', Bill

KISS at the Smithsonian!

My girlfriend Jennifer and I were recently in Washington DC. I've always wanted to visit the Smithsonian museums to see some of this nation's treasures. Upon entering the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, I look to my left and lo and behold, the first thing I see is Gene's face in the gift shop! While the Smithsonian doesn't have a display for KISS... yet, they're still represented with the Star Spangled Banner, Dorothy's ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz, and many other historic American artifacts. If the Smithsonian has Fonzie's jacket on display, then it's not hard to imagine one day soon when we can see KISS items there too!

My six year old daughter Taylor was ready to go the day the BayFest tickets went on sale - she could hardly wait! This year she anxiously awaited her favourite tune FIREHOUSE once again this year - sporting a Paul Stanley-style hat! The smoke...the sirens...the whole nine yards..thanks a MILLION.....she awaits your return... Taylor and Dad
