Thanks For The Memories

What a fun fuckin album. Guys now this is classic KISS. Ive been a fan since 75. I bought my first Kiss LP at about age 7. Im 42 now. My parents looked at me like I had lobsters coming out of my ears. But they bought the album for me. From that moment on I had em all. Never joined the Kiss Army. Should have wanted to but I was 7or 8. But the music and the whole vibe from the LPs were good enough for me at that age. Although I do remember buying the hell out of the Kiss cards later on. And buying the first couple Grooves issues right off the rack at Joes Variety Candy Store in Flushing, Queens. Wish I had them now. Memories. Good memories. Had this little German Deli next door. I went to Joes bought the Grooves and then went next door and bought a nice German pickle for the walk home from school. Now of course that was when a kid COULD walk home from school especially in Flushing, Queens. But thats another subject all together. Ive followed Kiss through all the years as a regular fan. All the LPs have something to offer. Ive never heard a Kiss album that sucked. Different? Yes. Strange (Elder)? Yes. But never bad. This LP sounds as though it should have been released after Rock & Roll Over. Its that good. It really did transport me back to the 70s. Although I must admit I miss Peter & Ace. That would have been icing on the cake. BUT that said Tommy and Eric fit like a glove. Like Eric Carr did. Thanks guys I needed that. Peter Salamone Dallas, TX (Formally of Flushing)

New Album/New Tour

Hey guys. I'm Ryan. I'm 13, adore Sonic Boom(youtube) and I'm gonna meet you guys in Uncasville on the 3rd. I'm from NJ and I discovered KISS after looking at the top of the Guns N' Roses influences page. After listening to some KISS classics, exploring KISSTORY throughout the web, buying 10 albums, and convincing my mom to pay $1000 for me to come see you, you are officially my favorite band. I love the fact that KISS is about having a good time, and you don't sing about problems or drugs or that sorta thing. You're all about the positive side of life. I've seen hundreds of videos of concert footage and I won't be surprised if October 3rd is the greatest day of my life. I'm sitting first row seat 11 so give me a wave. Everyone at school thinks you guys are weird and the usual crap that you hear, but I couldn't care less. My school planner is decorated with a bunch of KISS pictures because it seems like the reasonable thing to do when you love a band as great as you guys. Anyway, there's a lot more I'd like to say, so if you want, I'll tell you during the meet and greet in CT. Thank you for being as great as you are.
