Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons will trade on South Florida’s insatiable nostalgia for KISS with upcoming meet-and-greet appearances pegged to their latest output.
On Saturday, Jan. 27, Simmons will be at Walt Grace Vintage, the remarkable cars-and-guitars emporium in Wynwood, with his 10-CD box set “The Vault.” The collection, which Simmons calls “a deeply personal … 50-year time capsule that serves as a soundtrack to my life,” includes 150 unreleased recordings made with KISS and other artists.
The set includes a 160-page book of photography, track-by-track commentary and a variety of mementos, plus a new Gene Simmons action figure. The sticker price is $2,000.
