KISS Mansfield-God of Thunder

Kiss rocked the Comcast Center last Sunday and (my daughter) Alex and I were there for I believe our 6th show together. Alex is 18 now and I think she was 10 the first time she saw Kiss in Portland, Maine. And yes we will be attending THE TOUR ending show in Hartford this Sunday too! I wanted to share these photos of The God of Thunder I took in Mansfield last Sunday, and hope to share some great shots from this weekends show. Once again the guys didn't disappoint! They literally blew the roof of the place and we were fortunate to be part of it. Joe (& Alex) Nett

A "KISS" is Worth a Thousand Words

I have seen KISS in concert umpteen times over the years and there is nothing better than when I'm at the arena and the lights go off and I hear those 18 awesome words, "ALL RIGHT NASHVILLE! YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT THE BEST! THE HOTTEST BAND IN THE WORLD KISS!!!!", and as the KISS curtain drops and the Face Painted Phantoms appear in all their glory, well like I said, "There's nothing better", or so I thought, until I took my 3 kids with me to see KISS in Nashville, TN, on September 4th. Instead of watching the opening of the show, I took pictures of my kids (Houston-14, Skylar-11, and Livi-6) to capture their expressions as they heard those 18 awesome words and as the KISS curtain dropped and they saw KISS for the first time. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well this one is worth a million to me. Thanks KISS for another life long memory. Thanks for being my favorite band, Paul H. Ray Hopkinsville, KY

Hell or Hallelujah

I was hoping I could have gotten this to you before your September 11th show in Allegan MI I listen to 107.1 WIRX in Benton Harbor MI and when Hell or Hallelujah came out they would not play it because it was not on some list of requested songs.and no one else in the area was playing it! so I started a one man mission to get the new song on the air. within 2 weeks I got a DJ to spin it for me once. so I pressed on with requesting and after another week they put Hell or Hallelujah on the rotation.I was rather proud of that I can't say for sure it was all due to my efforts. But I think it is interesting that it all happened in that time frame. I also wanted to tell you that I was blown away by the show in Allegan MI my Birthday was on the 16th so the show was my gift this year! thank you Ryan Torp
