Thank You Gene

I want to send out a HUGE thank you to Gene for making Saturday the best day of my life. As soon as the meet and greet tickets went on sale, I knew this would be my chance to make my marriage proposal one to remember, so I immediately bought two tickets for the Jones Beach show and waited patiently for months until the day of the show. After an amazing acoustic set, the band came round to do the meet and greet and after meeting Paul, Tommy and Eric, I composed myself and asked Gene if he would be witness to something special. He agreed and I took my girlfriend's hand and said the words, "I really love you baby, I love what you've got, so I just gotta know, I just gotta gotta know, will you marry me?" Of course, she said yes and Gene was genuinely happy for us, as you can see in the picture. He went on to congratulate us and then gave some excellent advice on making it work. Any KISS show is a special day, but this one was out of this world and is a day we will remember forever. Thank you Gene.

Newer Stuff

Hi Guys, Let me introduce myself quickly. I was the audio guy for the Conan O'Brien crew in '96 when Conan interviewed you aboard the Intrepid before the "official" Reunion Tour announcement minutes later. Afterwards, during your CNN interview I was trying to get Gene to sign my shirt. I was rewarded by what I can only describe as a look from the Demon that said, "Either you have the biggest set of balls around or you are a complete idiot". I was immediately pulled away by Doc and never got the shirt signed, but the look from Gene was worth it! Anyway, thought I'd share that little story with you. I'm really writing to ask if you guys would consider letting Tommy and Eric do their new songs live. I know Shock Me and Beth are classics but they almost belong to a different era. What I mean is, my son is 15. Like me he's a huge fan (I've been a fan since I was 10. I'm 46 now), but he's more familiar with Psycho Circus and Sonic Boom than he is with Love Gun, Destroyer, etc. I think for your younger and newer fans (as well as some of us "originals") it would really be a treat to hear Lightning Strikes, All For The Glory, or even Raise Your Glasses (great song!) or I Pledge Allegiance... especially since Tommy played on those anyway! Well, thanks for the time and we're looking forward to MONSTER! Brian

The Tour Holmdel,NJ 9/21

My girlfriend Jen and I were at the concert last night in Holmdel and all we can say is WoW !!! What a show. From the moment Motley Crue came on until Kiss finished with Rock and Roll All Night the show was packed with more explosives more suprises more fun, excitement, thrills and chills then we can ever express. This was our third time seeing the band and to be honest they have never seemed more hungry and more focused to put on the baddest in your face show they have ever done. we were left visually stunned with our ears ringing with confetti still covering us as we walked out all we could do it say, "We Wanted the best, we got the best the hottest band in the world KISS". We were not dissapointed. Thank you KISS and Motley Crue for giving us both a night we will NEVER forget !

Meet n Greet at Holmdel

Hello, I felt I had to write to say what a GREAT time I had last night. This was my umteenth concert ( I lost count a long time ago) but my first Meet n Greet, and I'm so glad I finally did it. Dean Snowden and the 2 gentlemen that worked with him all day where just terrific, real pros. They made it just an AMAZING experience and worth every penny. The Acoustic set followed by the up close and personal meet and greet with the band was GREAT. Paul, Gene, Tommy and Eric where just great. Up close, you got to chat with the guys, joke with them and listen to them play 5 or 6 songs. They took a few minutes with every person signing and had a conversation with everybody in the tent. They even took the extra time to take photos too. And then later on you got to go back to take your photo with the band in full battle gear, followed by a KILLER concert. By the way Dean had all the photos uploaded by the time I got home, Thanks Dean!! Thank You very much Dean Snowden and your professional staff and most of all Thank You to KISS. A fan forever, Ernie Ayala , Staten Island, New York.
