Daughter's First KISS Concert

When my 5 year old daughter learned that my wife and I were going to see KISS in Birmingham she was so disappointed that we did not buy her a ticket. She has watched many KISS concerts with me on TV, listened to their music and always enjoyed visiting the KISS Coffeehouse. I decided that this was a perfect excuse to attend another KISS concert on the same tour by taking my daughter to Nashville to see her first KISS concert. When the KISS curtain fell during the opening of Deuce, she just stood there with her mouth open. A couple songs later she was dancing and really having a good time. When Gene came to our side of the stage, he pointed at her a couple of times....and she noticed this. She said her highlights of the concert were when it "snowed" during Rock n Rock All Nite, seeing Paul fly across the audience, and getting to wave her hands in the air during different songs. The concert was a week ago and she is still talking about it. One day when her friends say that their first concert was Miley Cyrus she will be able to trump that by saying her dad took her first concert which was KISS. Thanks for touring the US again. Just a few words...

Finally, Ive got my US copy of Sonic Boom Deluxe Edition. Just a few words... The band deserve it. This band deserve this album. High level, high standard, high KISSs rock n roll. Not for us, the fans. Not for the newspapers, music magazines, or internet. Gene, Paul, Eric and Tommy deserves SONIC BOOM more than anyone. Period. The band deserves to believe again that new songs will be as good as the classics. The entire album exudes youth. Youth, energy, and musicality. Terrific Paul production. Decisive. And 4 guys without age, without limits, without complexes. Writing, even today, line by line, a historical legacy. Invincible. But not everything can be good... There is a problem, a real problem for the band. Other bands have to decide which song from the last album to include in the setlist of the tour. KISS has a larger problem: what song left off the list! I speak for myself: I would love to hear the whole album live. Guys, you REALLY have done a SONIC BOOM. All my admiration and gratitude for that. And finally, thanks again. For the honor to put the Buenos Aires - Argentina DVD. April 5th 2009: another KISS day that I will never forget. The best for me to you, as always. Martin Comoglio Argentina Die hard KISS fan, designer and illustrator, in this order.

My dream came true

Hi everyone, I would like to tell you what Kiss means for me. There is not just a rock band for me it is like a life style a philosophy. When I met kiss in a VHS tape I said "that's the way I wanna live" I learnt to play the bass and I always dreamed about having a band tribute or something else. Now, eleven years later, I'm a teacher who can tell proudly to my students " I am a KISS fanatic and I play the bass as Gene does in a kiss band tribute". When they see my Gene's tattoo they say "Yeah man you're coolest teacher I ever have and I love Kiss too". so, the lesson to my student is the same that KISS does for everyone of us "just do what you wanna do and never stop you dreams" ROCK&ROLL all nite and KISS everyday" Greatings from Mexico GERSON

Halloween '09

Hey guys! Alright, I'll be honest; I'm a new fan. Started listening to you guys as a Halloween idea since I've got the tongue to do it. xD Then, lo & behold, I loved your music. A month too late, though, because you were in the area earlier in October. Oh well, now I'm working on getting to the Pennsylvania concert in December. Six hour drive? Who cares, it's KISS we're talking about. So maybe I'll see you there, maybe I won't. Either way, keep on rockin'.
