KISS in Saskatoon

Thanks for you're show in Saskatoon on Nov 10th. It was explosive to say the least. I've seen Kiss three times now in the last decade and you blow me away everytime. I have a small complaint however. We were lucky enough to get seats for the Saskatoon show which was difficult considering how fast it was sold out. Unfortunately, our seats were a bit behind the stage. Whatever, the show still rocked and I'd pay for the same seats again. But we were asked plenty of times by the usher to sit down so as people behind could see. We politely refused. There is no way I'm sitting down at a KISS show, I don't care if I'm first row or 40th row behind the stage. Anyway we were hounded all night by this usher to sit down. Maybe next time you come to Saskatoon(hopefully soon) you could educate the ushers on how to behave for a rock show. Maybe the ushers should be urging people that are sitting to get off their asses and get rocked. Thanks again for an truly excellent show! Gary Saskatoon

KISS Rockin Target Center

I am writing today to say thank you. To thank you for blowing the doors off of Target Center, for helping me celebrate my 40th birthday (Nov 4th) and to thank you for providing the opportunity for me to fulfill a fatherhood dream. Nov 7 2009 was the first ever concer for my two sons. From the day the first one was born I dreamt of being able to share this passion, this KISSTERIA disease I have with them. This year the stars finally alligned and they were both at an age were they could appreciate what they would see. They have been conditioned for this for years but when the bombs went off, fire shot to the roof, and the curtain dropped I think they finally understood. They even wore their "Sonic Boom" t-shirts to school the next school day (they go to a Christian school) and didn't even get kicked out! We are pictured here before the concert outside of Target Center from left to right Derrick, my awesome, supportive wife Mary, Odie, and me (Mike). This was my 14th time seeing you and Mary's 4th or 5th. Through the eyes of my kids, it was like the first time all over again. Can't wait for you to come back. Thanks again, Mike Shupe-Saint James Minnesota

KISS Made My Dream Come True

Hey KISS, Ever since I was 11, I have been a huge fan of KISS. All I put on my Wish List's for my birthday, and christmas, was KISS Memorbillia. And, the only thing I would look for in stores was KISS CD's, Posters, Wall Busts, and much more. Thats when my KISS Kraze started. For school, i did a 20 minute long presentation about KISS followed by a video of the original line up doing Detroit Rock City. Everyone loved it. Over the years, I have checked KISS Online everyday to find out if KISS was coming to Winnipeg, If you have gotten my letters and about new KISS Merchandise. One morning, I went on my computer and check out the website. As I read about Recent News on the site, I looked on the side of the screen where it said Demand Your City. I was bouncing off the walls. I went on everyday to demand Winnipeg for your Fan Based North American Tour, and as I went on everyday, we were in first place and I was so happy, until we were knocked out of first and bumped down to second. But, we are still the 2nd City with the most KISS fans, right behind Oshawa. When tickets went on sale, i was in school, so at lunch I grabbed my cell phone and called my mom. When she picked up the phone I asked her "Did we get em? Did we get em?" My mom's voice dropped and said "Sorry bud, they are sold out." I was in so much dissappointment that I couldn't speak. All of a sudden, my mom screams on the phone "WERE IN ROW 2 RIGHT BESIDE GENE SIMMONS!!!" I was screaming my head off because of the excitement I was feeling. Three months pass and November 9th came. I ran home from school, put on my makeup and wig and was ready for the concert. When we got to parking I was rushing my family and friends to the elevator so we could get to our seats so we didn't miss anything. When the lights turned off and the announcer said"Alright Winnipeg.....You wanted the best, you got the best, the hottest band in the world KISS!!!" I was screaming. I sang to every song in the show. And it was all I thought it would be. KISS doesn't just put on a great show, they also make dreams come true! So thank you Paul, Gene, Eric and Tommy. You are all truly amazing people. Your Fan, Jesse G.
