i am 53 years old and have always loved KISS...never knew any background on any members of the band ...excellent interview with gene ....did not know the life you came from ....and your MOTHER oh my GOD!!!! what a role model GOD LOVE HER AND YOU AND YOURS!!!

Gene, Just want to let you know that I have been a long time fan (since KISS first hit the music scene in 1970s). Unfortunately I have never been able to attend one of your concerts in the 35 years that you have been touring. However, I'm still a huge fan. What I really want to say in this letter is that I watched many episodes of your "Family Jewels" reality show and have always thought that you are the most "Real" Rock Star. By "Real", I mean that you are a real everyday person with great values and a down to earth man. I thoroughly enjoyed your appearance on William Shatner's "Raw Nerve" tonight. That appeearance validated my impression of your being a "Real" down to earth person, not just a famous hyped-up Rock Star. Thanks for keeping it "Real"! Sincerely, Jim B

Dear Kiss, I have been a huge fan for most of my life. My 5 year old daughter looks to be a fan for all of hers. Her self applied makeup really impressed me. Thanka for the years of awesome music and memories I can pass down to her. Greg

Presentations on TV, interviews for radio and newspaper. Debuted with a landmark concert and soon after, KISS came to Brazil for the first time. The KISS Crazy raged for a generation that witnessed their shows!

These are statues I found at Bahia(Brazil), the land of samba. I never thought I might find anything related to rock there and what was my surprise when I found the Catman and the Starchild statues. The guy who was selling said that the Demon and Spaceman had already been sold, that's why they weren't there. Hope you guys come back to Brazil soon!!! Gustavo P.

Im 15 and am from SINGAPORE here's a picture of me spitting"blood" at a barbecue party.I found this bottle of red strawberry Miranda, and it kind of looked like blood, so it reminded me of gene!And i decided to try spitting "blood" and the picture looks really cool! it took me like 5 times of spitting to get that perfect shot! It was a Rock n' Roll (inspired) run for Cancer in Edmonton a few months back. Here's a pamphlet advertising the fundraiser. We were in the Top 10 in fan voting for KISS to play here this fall and we're still waiting... Here's hoping 2010 provides a Sonic Boom over Alberta's City of Campions! Keep the Acorn Spinning~ Keith
