I was just 16 and this is how it all began....an I will be there this spring, as well !!!!

Got this in an email and found it interesting.

Just found this in my Mom's old photo album. Back in 1978, my best friend and I, along with our younger brothers (ages 7-14) fantasized our "Rocker Dreams" into a Halloween reality. We did this all ourselves with stuff we found in our folks garages - from costume design (including platform boots) to face makeup. I was Gene and the boots were a spray painted pair of hip waders with 4x4 sections of pine screwed to the bottom. Not too bad for some innovative hick-Nebraskan kids with alot of cardboard, spray paint and a wild hair the night before the Night of the Dead!

hello !!! I'm from Mexico City but in vacations I went to Cancun (in the south of the country) and walking on the streets I found something really great . . . those guys are "living statues" and with only 20 pesos they started rockin' and let me took many photos with them . I realized that it's not a lie: KISS IS EVERYWHERE !!!

Hello to the hottest band alive in the world! I have a problem. Some Americans groups are visiting Cuba to sing down there like Kool & the Gang but to most of the Cuban population our favorite is KISS. We enjoyed your songs so much, that now that we are living in Miami is a blessing to see you performing. Since your first album alive we went crazy and we still are. I know this looks to be a crazy idea but this is a crazy world. We want to invite you to perform in Cuba. If you can ,please let me know. There are so many people inside Cuba that will love to see your rock band to play alive. If you think is not a good idea, please just let me know. I know you are "Hotter than Hell" ! My buudy and I finaiily got to meet KISS after 35 years at the Pittsburgh, PA show!....Wow!! What a treat! We are still on cloud 9.
