Thanks

KISS, My name is Kyle Ellis. I am writing to say thank for all the great years you have given us. You are truly unlike any other band. There is a distinct feel to your music and all of it has a meaning to us in some way. I am currently 19, turning 20 next week, and in college, those years you don't expect anything but classes and of course the kick ass parties. Unfortunately my friend was in a car accident over the weekend and didn't make it, we were really close and of course its hit the Virginia Tech community hard, especially the Marching Virginian's. I'm writing because as a die hard fan I felt necessary to tell you how much of an impact you were to her. We were/ are both fans and there were several weekends where we would be catching up on work and listening to you. We even skipped classes one Friday to catch your recent show at the Verizon Center. Its amazing how your music brought us together. You got me through my parents divorce and your getting me through this. I was hoping to send a picture from the reception where I placed my shirt from the concert on the memorial, but out of respect for the family I didn't. Lastly, thank you for sonic boom. Hearing new music has been a real gift. Hope to hear more new music in the future. -Kyle Ellis

Campaign to save lives includes KISS (From Colombia)

Hey guys, I'm writing from Colombia. I do not know whether you know about a campaign since last year in our country to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation called "Rockandonando" where you play a very important role and many other major rock bands worldwide. The campaign has to do with selling shirts that support organ donation as a way to save lives, the messages on the shirts include the logos of rock bands and of course you could not be the exception. I send the image of Kiss shirt. It is wonderful to see a campaign to save lives includes the best band in the universe. All my love .... A big fan of Colombia, a country that loves you too and who dreams of returning to see you live.

NEVER STOP

Dear KISS My name is Ryan. Iam 16 years old and live in Metairie Louisiana. I just want to tell you that yall have changed my life. I started really being a big fan when i wrote a report on yall for english class in 7th grade. Since then there hasn't been a day that goes by that i don't listen to your music. I have many of the remake CD's, which i now have on my ipod. I also jsut recently found my uncle's old KISS records. Which I want to listen to but I can't find a record player. My first guitar player magazine was with yall on the cover talking about the Sonic Boom CD. The greatest day of my life was Halloween night 2009. I was cheering at a football game ( yes I am a male cheerleader.) I skipped my school's alma mater so I could head to city park. I got there halfway through, but it was the greatest time of my life. I want to see yall in concert again soon. Please keep changing peoples lives by performing and making music. Keep on rocking, Ryan

Wanted to share one of the gifts I received for my 35th birthday. Can't be a birthday party without a little bit of KISS. Gene, let me know if you want me to save you one. Good luck on the upcoming tour. Here's hoping you come back to the states at least one more time.
