�We�re living in a time of being fed canned pre-programmed backing tracks and lip syncing in place of the electricity and passion of real live R&B,� says Stanley. �When I was a boy, before I ever saw the Who or Led Zeppelin, I saw Solomon Burke and Otis Redding. I saw the Temptations and all that music is part of the foundation of the music I�ve made. Soul Station is my chance to celebrate it for a night that�s real, live and faithfully recreates the sound with the respect it deserves. Whether it�s the Stylistics, the Dramatics, the Temptations, Smokey and the Miracles, Blue Magic and on, these songs, arrangements and sound just blow you away.� To clarify further he adds, �I don�t play guitar in the band and we don�t do a single KISS song. That's not what this is about,� Stanley continues. �It�s magical to hear those songs played right and we�re making magic.�

Fans Can Enjoy the New Family-Friendly, Rock-Inspired Dining and Entertainment Concept from Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS
Spurs Sports & Entertainment announced today that Rock & Brews, a family-friendly restaurant concept from Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, will hold its grand opening at the AT&T Center on Friday, Dec. 11 when the San Antonio Spurs host the Los Angeles Lakers at 8:30 p.m. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers� restaurant is located on the west side of the Plaza Level and will be open during all events at the AT&T Center. Aramark, the concessionaire at AT&T Center, will manage and operate Rock & Brews.
The energized, indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment concept will feature American comfort food and a broad selection of craft and international beers in a rock-inspired environment that includes concert lighting, a ceiling dedicated to some of the biggest names in rock history and music-themed art that pays tribute to past events at the AT&T Center.
�We spend a lot of time performing in large venues while on tour, and we are proud to be part of the AT&T Center renovations to enhance the fan experience,� said Paul Stanley. �We have performed at the AT&T Center and now look forward to rocking sports and entertainment fans with our broad selection of international and craft beers, quality American comfort food and local favorites.�
The AT&T Center recently underwent a $110 million renovation project to enhance the fan experience at all levels of the arena. The all-new AT&T Center features a completely updated look and feel, highlighted by modern amenities designed to enhance the fan experience. The arena improvements include new arena seating, expanded and updated concourses, and enhancements to the arena entrances. The new look features modern decor and enhanced lighting, accentuated by splashes of color from artwork curated from artists in San Antonio and throughout Texas.
In celebration of the grand opening, Stanley will sing the National Anthem prior to the game against the Lakers. He will also greet fans at Rock & Brews before the game.
