Scandinavian media have mentioned the Swedish rockers THE GLORIA STORY as the bastard, modern day sibling of Kiss and The Ramones. And watching their latest music video the influences are quite clear. They have the downstrokes of Johnny Ramone, combined with the flamboyance of Paul Stanley. It's all there - the black and white, the grain, the high energy and the vintage feeling. The Gloria Story are well known in Scandinavia for their 70's flavoured rock, and old school looks. Apparently they are also hughe Kiss-fans. Check out the video right here:

I want to thank you for your support of the U.S. Military. It really means alot to me. I am a U.S. Navy veteran and a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. I am also a life member of Wilson Sroufe Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #9772, located in Mount Orab, Ohio. I just wanted to let you know that every year since 1948 (64 years) our post has never failed to assemble for a parade and ceremony at the local cemetary to honor our fallen comrades. Our ranks grow thinner each year as more and more of our older members pass away. It seems as though the younger generation doesn't want to join. I take over as post commander in July, and I will be proud to make sure this tradition continues. I can't wait to see you in Cincinnati in August. Thank you. Ed Kreiner

Just wanna say thanks for being awesome to our troops, and I wanted to share this pic with you guys. This must have been around October or November 2007 during the troop surge at FOB Falcon, Iraq. Most of the other soldiers brought sports jerseys or other items to remind them of home, I had to pack a KISS t-shirt to remember the good times. Keep on rockin'.
