Kiss, I am writing to thank you for having such a profound impact on my life. In 1979, I was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy. Over the years, I have lost a lot of abilities but one thing has been a constant the hottest band in the world. I have been lucky enough to see you nine times. This year has been difficult to say the least spending three months in the hospital due to illness. Your music has been my life force. Songs like "Great Expectations", "We Are One", �Reason to Live,� "Stand", & "God Gave Rock N Roll To You II" have kept me battling all these years. Around 1980, I wrote Gene a letter similar to this & left my phone number and sure enough he called. Thanks Gene! Your time has come for the Rock Hall. I know you guys can take it or leave it but we fans think you should have inducted years ago. In closing, I would to thank God that there IS a world with heroes! God bless, Dave Lesner
