Representing KISS in my own band on stage

Hey there, this is Blazer from the Dutch hardrock band Slavantas. We are about to release our first album and have been playing our asses off. I am a HUGE fan of Kiss and I made no bones about representing my love for Kiss. This picture, taken at one of our live shows, shows me playing my Gibson Explorer which proudly displays the Kiss Sticker that came with Kissology 1. Furthermore, there's a Halloween gig up and I intend to donn the Space Ace costume. I'll send pictures over once they're done.

KISS Greenville, SC 10/17/09

Dear Kissonline, My family just got back from the Greenville, SC show, and we were totally blown away! As I said before, I went to my first Kiss concert in 1977 in Columbia, SC, and now the circle is complete. In 2009 to took my whole family to see Kiss for the first time. My eight year old, my eleven year old, and my wife were in awe. They simply could not believe the show. It was as Kiss says, "Larger Than Life"! I went to the Meet and Greet before the show and it was absolutely worth every penny. I waited fifty years for this, and I was not disappointed! Paul recognized me from the art shows. Gene was laid back and said, you just wait. We'll give you a show you won't forget! Tommy and Eric were as nice as they could be. Dean and his whole crew made it a very enjoyable experience. Kiss spoke to every one, signed autographs, and had their pictures taken with everyone. I met Doc, and he was as nice as he could be. I had my picture made with him, and after the show, he gave both my kids a Paul Stanley guitar pic. WOW! As far as the concert goes, it doesn't get any better! I love the fact that they changed the set list around. My kids enjoyed DOCTOR LOVE-"this ain't no dr. pepper"-as Paul said, and "SHOCK ME" was fantastic! I love Ace, but Tommy did the song justice! Eric played his heart out! I love watching his drum platform jump up and down because he was playing the drums so hard! I love the double bass. Gene and Paul were showmen 110%! You could tell Gene and Paul gave it their all! I don't know if the crowed was as loud as they would have liked, but I lost my voice trying! This show was so good musically, that I bought the live 2 CD set after the show. Worth every penny as well! I will tell you this. I am going to see Kiss again in 2010!!! I enclosed some pictures from the show. I hope you enjoy. God bless and keep Rockin, John Upshaw Downs, Jr. and family

Greenville Rocked - Daughters First Show

We were among a packed house at the Bi Lo Center in Greenville, SC last night. It was my daughters first KISS show, my son's third and my 29th. We drove 4 hours down from NC to catch the show. Never imagined 32 years after my mom took me I would have the privilege of taking my kids to share in something that has provided so much enjoyment to me. They even got to experience a first for the tour - Tommy singing Shock Me! We had a blast. For me having been a fan since '76 to finally get to hear She and Parasite live was a real treat. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon and especially getting to share the experience again with my kids. Thanks for always giving your best. Brad Flechsig Whispering Pines, NC

My New York KISS Trip

HI KISS FANS I'm 24 and from the UK. I've been a KISS fan for as long as I can remember I recently travelled to New York to see KISS at Madison Square Garden. Along the way I went to some cool places (schools, childhood homes, video locations, early photo shoot locations, album cover locations). I have a review on www.kissinuk.com. Check it out, it really is some trip and has loads of great photos http://www.kissinuk.com/kisscr49.htm Daniel Hill

Washington, DC show

All I can say is... WOW! As a father and a long-time KISS fan, I've been waiting for the day that I could share my passion for the greatest band in the world with my boys. That day finally came on October 13th in our nation's capital! A few short months ago, my 2 year old son stumbled upon my video collection and developed a taste for the juggernaut that is KISS. It surely reminded me of myself when I was his age! A proud moment for any KISS parent! When KISS announced their tour plans, I immediately seized the opportunity to show my two boys (ages 2 and 6) the greatest show on earth. The kids (and mom 'n dad) had the time of their lives!!! From the pre-show face painting, to the confetti filled arena and the final blow to Paul's sacrificial guitar. I've been to many KISS shows. They were all fantastic, and each had a distinct level of coolness. But this was by far the most fun KISS experience I've ever had! On that night, an entire family of believers was born! Thanks, KISS, for flying the flag of rock n' roll for all these years. Nothing tops a KISS show! Never did...Never will! The Wawrzeniak family Salisbury, MD
