"Gene Simmons" in a hungarian band:)

Hi Kiss & Kiss fans! I have a band in Hungary, called MagyaRock, and we made a "Carnival Rock evening". Our bass player wore Kiss costume, he was Gene Simmons, and he had a home-made axe bass, too.:) We loved your concert in Hungary last year, I hope, you will come back soon. We love you! Book- Rock And Roll Children

Two months ago, I wrote to the website about my newly published book "Rock And Roll Children." To recap, it is a story about 4 metal heads living in the 1980s who are caught up in the heavy metal of the time and the music is what bonds them together. Throughout the story, I write about actual concerts which have taken place during that time and two of them are Kiss concerts. One in November 84 and the other in December 85 and both taking place at the Philadelphia Sepectrum. I would be very honoured if I could put extracts from those concerts in the book here on the website. Early feedback says that Rock And Roll Children is a great read to all metal heads, including the Kiss Army.

Possible Australian Tour?

Dear Gene,Tommy, Eric And Paul. G'day from Down Under! My name is Tommy, I live just south of Sydney, Australia. I'm 16 years old this year, I've been playing Guitar for 2 years 2 months, me and my brother Max (who plays drums and carries natural talent towards them) have competed in numerous school talent shows in the last year or so, we love to play classic items like AC/DC, Guns n' Roses, Led Zeppelin, The Angels fused in with modern artists like Greenday, Airbourne And Foo Fighters e.t.c but most of all KISS! People of our home town of Sutherland always can here me and my brother at our nan's house jamming out Kiss classics like 'Strutter', 'Deuce', 'Detroit Rock City', 'Nothin To Lose', and 'Shout It Out Loud'. Everyone at school knows My favourite acoustic guitar song of all time is 'Forever'. I've once Dressed up as Starchild at a fancy dress party (the theme was black and white). Your music, and the effort that goes into creating your shows is very influential to my brother and me, we always aspire not to as much play songs, but perform them. We took out 2nd place at the most recent talent show, in which we played a medley of classic songs, the whole crowd erupted with noise and sang along when we broke into 'Rock N' Roll All Nite'. I've only discovered my current taste in music ever since i picked up my first guitar on christmas day 2008. Since then I've Surrounded myself with Rock N' Roll Legends. After some research on the internet i found out you guys had already come and gone in 2006, before I got into the Kiss craze. It has been an instant attraction, All I think about now is the day I will finally see a Kiss show! Gene's fire breathing, blood spitting act mixed in with Eric's floating drum kit, and Paul's flying fox act, capped off with Tommy's Guitar, smoking and shooting fireworks. Please guys, you guys are still the hottest show to walk the earth even after 35+ years! wherever you visit, thousands more gather in unwavering support. A new generation of Kiss fans are now calling from the down under, We would be most delighted if you granted us the wish of one last Australian Leg of your world tour. Your concerts would be sell outs! And me and my brother would be above all doing whatever we can to see your show! an actual KISS show! Please consider it boys, it would be a concert my brother and I would remember for all time! Keep Rockin' the Kissnation Tommy P.s. Congratulations Paul on the new baby. P.s.s. Both me and my brother will also jump at every chance and foot any bill to actually meet you guys in person (as i saw on the website that is an option with your American shows). Paul your song from your solo album 'Tonight you belong to me' has so much meaning to me (figuratively). And i would be worshipped at school if i could talk solo tips and tricks with Tommy and/or bass with Gene. and Max would love a chance to meet Eric, as he is one of the drummers that inspired him to pick up the sticks!
