WOUNDED WARRIOR

Dear Gene, Paul, Tommy, and Eric, Let me start this letter by saying that your music has gotten me through some pretty tough times, and I can't thank you enough! My name is Charisma ( yes my dad named me after your song !!), and I am a Proud Navy Wife stationed in Naples, Italy! I have been a fan of KISS for longer than I can remember. I do believe it's safe to say I was raised right! In 2009, I was blessed to have the opportunity to see the Alive 35 tour in San Diego with my Dad. I flew home for a visit and the day after I landed he surprised me with Meet and Greet tickets!! Let me just say, that day is one I will NEVER forget! You were all very kind and I still get a huge smile when I think about it. I have a 4 year old daughter who is absolutely in love with you guys as well. Being that she is still small, we brought her back a shirt from the concert and told her Gene sent it to her. You would have thought I handed her the world! She actually has my poster from that tour on her wall and says good night to "Kitty" every night. She makes me so proud! Anyways, I am writing because I have something I want to ask you. I recently started a fundraiser here in Naples Italy to benefit Wounded Warrior Project. As you may already be aware, Wounded Warrior project is a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that helps injured service members through various programs and services, as well as increasing public awareness and enlisting the aid of the public. They deal with individuals who have a range of injuries that include physical damage such as lost limbs and other trauma all the way to the invisible wounds that PTSD may cause within the warrior. I know that KISS supports our troops and I was wondering if KISS would be interested in helping me with the fundraiser. We have an online donation page and we are also hosting a bake sale here in Naples, Italy on July 1st. If you are willing, I would greatly appreciate it if you could post our online donation page to your Facebook page and ask your fans to help us reach our goal. We have set the goal at $1000 and we'd like to reach or even exceed it by the July 1st bake sale. Also, if KISS happens to tour Europe in the near future, I'd love to see if there is a way for KISS to play a show for our troops here on base. I realize I am asking a lot of you, and I understand if this is not possible. However, the men and women here work incredibly hard around the clock to keep us safe and I feel that they deserve it. I can't think of a better way to say "thank you" than by blowing their minds! If you are interested in putting on a show for the men and women out here, I would be more than willing to help with things on this end in order to set it up! Here is the link for our online donation page should you choose to decide to post it on your Facebook site: http://WWPProudSupporter.kintera.org/charisma Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider my requests. Sincerely, Charisma Clark
