Dear KISS, I perform an alcohol awareness/anti-drunk driving program for high schools and colleges. My program The Magic of Life, combines stand-up comedy, audience participation and my personal story of being a victim/survivor of a drunk driving incident that killed my mother and almost myself when I was barely 8 weeks old. This is not the typical "doom and gloom" alcohol program because not only do I use humor, but also wear a KISS shirt during the program. When I talk about the importance of having pride of who you are and standing up for yourself without caving in to peer pressure, the KISS shirt is uncovered. On Sept 1st, I had the honor of performing my program for the Marines in Washington, DC and no matter where I go, I will have KISS fans in the audience. There were several members of the KISS Army at the Marine show and was able to get a picture with one hero serving our country. It was fun to talk KISS with him and his favorite song is "Strutter." I just wanted to share as you have been a huge inspiration on my life. With the combination of my story and what I learned as a life long KISS fan, I am able to make a difference. I rode my KISS Harley on a 9-11 Pride ride and we raised $538.00 for the Wounded Warriors. We had 30 riders in our group. We also stopped at the Soldiers home in Orting Wa. We donated Harley shirts, visited and gave our thanks to the disabled Veterans living there. Just want to say Thank you to KISS for your support of our country and everything you do for our veterans. I appreciate you recognizing September 11, 2001 on your page, but would very much appreciate, if you also recognized the brave passengers of flight 93...their efforts quite possibly kept us from visiting a memorial site at the capital, or worse the White House .... Thank you

I remember dressing up for holloween as you guys as a kid and the holloween special you did on tv in the 70's i have followed you all my life and i missed when Gene @ Shannon were here at FT Hood I had just got back from Iraq when that was shot and was on leave man it would have been a life long dream to just say hi all of you are awesome and I wanna know when you maybe coming back to TX and possible the FT Hood area see as you and Sharon found out Gene we never know when we are coming and going. Anyway thanks for taking the time to read this. P.S. when I say a life long fan I am truely that I am 43yrs old and have been a fan from day one my brother used to play your music when i was a little boy.
