Gene Simmons made a surprise appearance at this year's "Downtown Trick or Treat" in Hopkinsville, KY. Needless to say, he stole the show with his 7 inch leather heels and tongue wagging. A big thanks to Scooter Maze for putting on the grease paint and leather to make a lot of people smile.
