Hi Guys! The City of Monterey (California) employees held their annual Halloween contest and KISS was well-represented. We had lots of fun and were complimented for our efforts . Although we weren't the Winners, we were glad we participated and happy to represent you. We did get Honorable Mention. Thanks for the inspiration!
