Hello, My name is Amber Horvath. I'm 17 years old and live in central Iowa. For the past few years I have designed and created 3-D paper dolls in various characters, including several for as fund raisers for school charity drives. In February, for my older brother's birthday I designed and created a set of KISS 3-D dolls for the top of his birthday cake. A picture of these are attached. I am writing to you today, to seek your permission to sell the KISS dolls online and locally to help me raise money for college. I want to go to culinary school and become a pastry chef.
