Dear Mr. Simmons, I have just returned from vacation and learned that our pt, Bob Irving, died last Friday evening, 6/17. Unfortunately he had declined rapidly his last two days. I just spoke to his ex wife who also shared how excited Bob had been when you called him on Thursday. I want to thank you again for taking time out from your busy schedule to make a 47 year old man in a trailer feel very special. You really made a difference, and I think that's what it's all about.
