Letters

When my Dad was in 3rd grade, he discovered KISS and they have been his favorite band ever since. Consequently, I was raised on KISS. I even think that �Rock and Roll All Nite� is the first song I ever learned. KISS has always been my favorite band. When I was 10, KISS went on the farewell tour and of course my Dad went and saw it. I was dead set on going, but he felt that I was too young. I was so afraid that I would never see my favorite band live. However, I have now seen the band four times. We live in Princeton, WV, but my Dad and I drove to Detroit to see the band�s final performance at Cobo Hall and even had 2nd row seats. What was even better is that we saw them twice this past summer and landed front row seats! My life is now complete. Obviously, my love for KISS is immense! It carries over into almost every aspect of my life. For Halloween, I carved a KISS pumpkin incorporating every member of the band into the design. For Christmas, my boyfriend bought me a paint your own Hello Kitty bank and of course I fashioned it in the style of Gene! Hello Kitty needs some rock in her life too! I wanted to send in a picture of both the pumpkin and Hello Kitty, but the website only allows for me to submit one photo. So, I guess I�ll send in my latest Hello Kitty creation!
