On this day in KISSTORY - November 21, 1975 - Indiana natives Bill Starkey and Jay Evans founded the legendary KISS Army after a local radio station refused to play KISS. During KISS' 1975 show at Hulman Civic-University Center in Terre Haute, Starkey was brought on stage and honored with a plaque from the band!

On this day in KISSTORY - November 20, 2001 - KISS The Box Set was released. The  5 CD set included an extensive booklet featuring track-by-track commentary by Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss.

The first curator is Matt Porter, one of the most well-known KISS fans out there. As the founder of THE KISS ROOM—a podcast, Facebook group, and community—Matt is deeply embedded in the KISS fanbase.

Now, Matt has been given a fun challenge: to create an official fan-curated KISS playlist. His selection showcases KISS tracks that he feels deserve more recognition—songs he loves that aren’t played often enough, and ones that should have been hits.
